Catalyst History
Catalyst’s rapid tooling processes were originally developed to fill a significant client need to have prototype parts made accurately, quickly and cost effectively. Over the past decade, Catalyst has perfected rapid tooling by developing proprietary processes that offer real injection molded plastic parts in a matter of days without sacrificing design intent. Our rapid tooling capabilities allow us to significantly decrease time to market compared to conventional tooling processes. The focus on Speed to Market is what sets Catalyst apart from other product development companies. Very few product development companies even offer in-house rapid tooling and short-run molding to help their clients quickly get the parts they need. And, many other development companies actually send valuable intellectual property to China and beyond for tooling—often without the client’s knowledge. |

| Not only is our rapid tooling made in-house, in America, we do not require you to choose from just a few plastic resins or make you redesign your parts to fit our process. Unlike our competition, we don't restrict you to a limited choice of materials or force you to design your product around the limits of an inflexible rapid tooling process. Our tooling process supports your design intent and does not require you to sacrifice part detail just to make it easier for our rapid tooling process | |
