The client owns all Intellectual Property (IP) generated in the awarded session. Note that the initial session may not result in a final solution within the time allotted. Ongoing development may be requested at the client’s discretion and would then be quoted at Catalyst PDG’s standard rate. Standard terms and conditions apply to services rendered. IP output may include, but is not limited to, concepts, drawings, technical consultations, further resource recommendations, next steps, etc.
