The Polyform-1h is a first-of-it’s-kind bi-manual neurorehabilitation device designed for patients recovering from a traumatic brain or spinal cord injury.

Catalyst overcame numerous engineering and manufacturing challenges faced by the inventor, Dr. Luke Barr. The Polyform-1h harnesses a patients’ neuroplasticity to regain hand function after an injury such as a stroke. Both hands are required to manipulate the device to encourage an improved recovery outcome.
