The MIS Precision Chevron Bunion System supports surgeons in performing a minimally invasive procedure to correct bunions.  The system allows for a patient to experience less post-op swelling and faster healing.

Several complex actions were required to accommodate the design requirements. Catalyst built five molds required by our plastic-injection molding department to manufacture the components.  The clear osteotomy guide enables precision alignment of the incision site and features an overmolded radiopaque chevron made of peek.
